It seems like I've been waiting forever frelling ever for this and now it's only a couple months away. I just heard there is going to be an exclusive look during the college football national championship game on 1/7. I can't miss that....

What do you like about Captain Marvel? Interview

Brie larson said "She’s the most dynamic character that I’ve ever played so far. There’s never been a spectrum so wide than the one I’ve gotten to play as her. A lot of that comes from who she is, being that there is this divide between Kree and human, the Kree being this very logical side. They don’t have emotion and they are very logical thinkers and they are these supreme beings that don’t make mistakes. Then there’s the human part of her that’s actually the worst parts and the best parts of her. Her humanity is the thing that gets her in trouble and puts her in situations she probably shouldn’t put herself in. But that makes her relatable, I think. We all have two hemispheres in our brains. We all have this conflict of trying to decide which parts of ourselves we’re supposed to bring to the world and bring to our relationships and bring to society. It means there’s always going to be something there for me to dig up and discover with her."

The costume designers really did some great work on this one (no surprise there, really)
The costume's maybe a tad busy, but otherwise its a pretty perfect adaptation
If they ditched that belt and a few zippers, and gave her a sash, it would be spot f***ing on

and the fact they made a live action cowl, especially one that was not beloved in the comics, look this good on screen is very impressive

I also wasn't a fan of the cowl at first. Didn't like it in the comics and was hoping it wouldn't appear in the film. After the trailers I've completely turned around on it. I think it looks great in the film.

I have a question regarding the timeline because I'm alittle confused. If Carol is a full grown adult when she crashes on earth in the 1990's, then where does that put the rest of her family? Colin Ford is 7 years younger than Brie Larson. Is he playing Steve Danvers in present time or would he be older? It seems weird that in Avengers Endgame she would look younger than her younger brother does in present time. What am I missing?

I'm a convert for the helmet. I did not like it right up until this moment!

That had me in awe the first time I saw it and I still love it!
Ditto. My firm stance before the film was, "I like the helmet in comics ONLY when drawn by certain people, but it should NEVER be in the movies because it would look dumb as hell in live-action."

But I am converted!

Flashbacks.

We'll see her as a little girl, remember?

I think it's going to look even better with her hair glowing/flaming like in my avi

HD version of the artbook cover

People on Twitter are sharing a leaked low quality picture of Carol and little Monica... not sure I can post it. They look happy and I love them

EDIT: Okay the picture comes from a dude on Reddit. He said this about tomorrow's footage:
Person told me a lot of new footage mostly action and comedy some moneyshots, and some old footage as well.

So 50% new 50% old
Thank goodness, some comedy.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Stan filmed cameos for both CM and Endgame. It's FFH that may not have one
