With the hole Superhuman Registration Act in place who here thinks that Iron Man will be dumb enough to try to force Captain Universe and all his secret identities into Registration. Who would like to see a ongoing comic of Captain Universe and his ever changing host?

I think I read that Captain Universe is going to be in Marvel's Annihilation: Conquest, Captain Universe is going to be a major character. Sort of like a soldier or a cop or something, with a galactic twist.

But that is a funny idea, the moment the person is captured the Uni power jumps to another host. I can see them doing that in another installment of Marvel's Spider-Ham, titled Ultimate Civil War Spider-Ham Crisis #1. He already paradied Civil War, maybe he can parady the Initiative and Annihilation and Silent War and World War Hulk.

Captain Universe is neither an individual person nor a U.S. citizen. It would be like forcing a hurricane to register.

That's the point of this thread. The things would Iron Man and his Superhuman Registration Act be that dumb enough to try it. And no one still gets the joke. :( I can see it now. Iron Man talking to Captain Universe and telling him the only way to prove that he on everyones side it to give up his secret identity. And Captain Universe and what identity because I've close to like everyone like Spider-Man, Hulk, Silver Surfer, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Doctor Strange, some of the X-men and woman, as well as some of you friends at the Avengers, as well as some normal men and women, and I think a toddler, both cops and robbers, and even a dog once. I've even been just about everybody in New York. And Iron Man with his hand over his face saying, "Oh god, what was I thinking asking him for his secret identity?"

With some one like Captain Universe does that mean that the hole hole state of New York will have to register?

Despite the fact I've already had to admit to my father that I was wrong about some things, I feel I should say something here.

This entire statement is wrong. When you come to realize that yourself, you'll have grown into a man.

Let me explain Captain Universe. Captain Universe is something also known as the Uni Force, a power that attatches itself onto other beings temprorarily for reasons largely unknown (though it was originally thought that it was only to people in great desperation).

These bouts of ability usually only last a couple of hours, sometimes only a couple of minutes. Meaning that the Uni Force then leaves its host and then goes away to find a new one, leaving them powerless.

The Uni Force itself is pretty much sentient, so it has it's own personality, and really has not much care for those on Earth, as it has been shown cruising throughout the cosmos.

Next item in question. The registration of a user of the Uni Force. We'll refer back to my time limit. When Stark gets there and the problem is solved, he'd be lucky to see the user long enough to say, "Hey there!" because most likely the Uni Force would have just parted ways and gone off elsewhere.

HOWEVER!!! We could go on simple facts. Stark will know about the Uni Force beforehand, especially given it's constant reoccurances and big plays it has made in the past. Fun part is, Stark probably wouldn't even consider it worthwhile to try and register it due to the fact that he most likely can't come up with the next place in the universe that will pop up, and also, and probably more likely, mainly due to the laws that govern the SHRA.

Like Question said, it's like registering a hurricane. But unlike how you think it, Stark really isn't that dumb.

He's going to be a member of Psi-Lord's team. I don't think who's got the Captain Universe powers at the moment has been mentioned.

That damned armor probably knows where the Uni-Force is going next from analysis on Peter.
