I can't recall if I have replied to this thread yet, but here are some of my picks:
1) Thundarr The Barbarian: With the success of the LOTR and Hobbit Trilogies, as well as post-apocalyptic movies like the Planet of the Apes series and Mad Max: Fury Road, I think the time is right for a post-apocalyptic film of high fantasy.
2) Disney's Gargoyles: This movie would be all sorts of awesome. And as mentioned above, the market is set for just such an epic film of high fantasy.
3) Avatar - The Last Airbender: I know, this one has already been done. But I'd love to see it rebooted COMPETENTLY by someone who actually CARES about the source material. Maybe turn each season of the series into a trilogy of 150 minute movies, rather than trying to cram 22 episodes worth of content into a 90 minute film?
Mighty Orbots: If it works for Transformers, why not Mighty Orbots? Even if Michael Bay produces it'll still be pretty awesome
