**** no

Christoph Waltz as Doc Ock or as Norman Osborn

I'm aware that it'd be a little too on the nose to have two former Batman actors as Spider-Man villains, but Bale would be perfect for Norman Osborn.

Ben Affleck as Norman Osborn

Michael Fassbender for Dr Connors/Lizard
Kevin Spacey for Stormin Norman
Kevin Bacon for Gargan/Scorpion
Jude Law for Mysterio

Christoph Waltz as Doc Ock or as Norman Osborn

Waltz was my first pick for Doc Ock as well

He doesn't quite fit the bill. Bale showed us his qualifications years ago in American Psycho

le joke

Shame Liev Schreiber is voicing an animated Spidey villain. He'd be a great Norman!

Anyways, here's a good Norman:

Anybody else hoping they pull a Leto joker with goblin. Give him a green shiny grill, chains, envy on his forehead , a g on his right eye , spider tats all over his chest and he has purple dread locks similar that look like his hat.

Jude Law-Chameleon
Kevin Durand-Rhino
Hugh Jackman-Kraven
John Goodman-Doc Ock

John Cena - Morris Bench/ Hydro Man.

But all of this casting seems too sensible in the context of Homecoming. It's like you have to pick the most absurd choices to actually fit in with the other casting choices in Homecoming.

I'm suddenly thinking of Kevin Spacey as Norman Osborn atm. And I can totally get behind Christoph Waltz as Doc Ock too. Imagine Waltz being pushed around by Kevin Spacey. As for Jake Gyllenhaal, Electro?! Maybe a waste of his talent, but I think if Max is written right this time and not the insecure dweeb like Jamie Foxx portrayed. TSSM captured the character perfectly, methinks.

Since this series seems to be skewing younger...

Norman Osborn - Michael C. Hall

Before they announced it was going back to High School my pick was Bryan Cranston (Yeah, I know he got fancast for a million characters but, I've only ever fancasted him as Jim Gordon or Norman though)

Is there any changes of Mary Jane or Gwen Stacey appearing in any of the sequels? Anyone in particular you guys think will be better suited for those roles? As long as they're not just there as eye candy, then cool.

Way back in the olden days, I wanted Ariel Winter as Gwen, playing the smart, sarcastic, more outgoing version. Abigail Breslin would make for great more "traditional" take, quieter to contrast to MJ. But of course, now MJ is miles from the source in the MCU, and Gwen is most likely out of the picture, which sucks, in my opinion.

Oddly enough, that same cast featured Michael Keaton as Roderick Kingsley and I had reimagined Liz Allen as HIS daughter. Coincidence or nah.... :sly:

Kraven the Hunter - Christian Bale
Chameleon- James Frain
Tombstone- Sterling K Brown
Mr Negative- Rick Yune
Felicia Hardy- Sabrina Carpenter
Uncle Ben in Flashback - Kyle Chandler
