For Doc Ock, I would actually go outside the box in terms of casting and go a bit younger than say Molina's Ock was. As opposed to a more middle aged porty I'd go with a younger ,slighter, intellectual genius.

I'd play up the idea of Ock being a bit of an older mirror to Peter, superficially at least. I'd even go so far as casting an actor who very well could have played Peter Parker himself when they were younger , and someone who may not have played villains all the time.

Someone who's old enough to be Peter's HS teacher or Professor, but not someone who's Keaton or Downey's age group.

As such my choices for this version of Ock might be actors like

Joseph Gordon Levitt
Cillian Murphy
Joaquin Phoenix
Ben Whishaw
Zachary Quinto
