the one thing i see nolan doing is not casting an Angelina Jolie or Charlize Theron. i think he is going to go for a actress that really wants to prove herself on a main stage and will fully immerse herself into the roll. This leans toward more Keri Russell or Michelle Monaghan. Also the thing about Catwoman she always had a vulnerability that is mixed with a ruthless side. Basically i don't see Nolan adding her unless he can find someway to make her inspire fear in those. kinda in the way Bret Ratner(i hate you guts) truly failed in doing so in X3. now the only way this can be accomplished is making her a vigilante much like batman but she goes beyond batman's rules (if you know what i mean). other names to consider.

these actresses seem to balance a mix between beauty and a good physical presence. now i realize that most have never acted on this big of a scale but are good left field choices. but i could them as a vigilante types maybe even going after the same people batman is in the third movie but gettin to them before he is type. plus nolan knows how to get the best out of his actors.
with that being said i think Vera Farmiga is a great choice. if youve seen the departed she held her own, and portrayed that cold hearted,no simpathy type toward Damon's character and catwoman needs to show this towards those she is stalking (cat-like). which could be an easy way to introuce her name. she is also really good in Running Scared hers in the performance to watch in that movie and is the one that got her into the scorcese film.

or at least not up to catwoman standards. lily is an ok actress, she's good at what she always does on LOST but she doesnt show much more range
