So here's something I think could be fun for us all...as there's a thread in The Amazing Spider-Man portion of the forums asking how The Lizard compares to the past adversaries of Spider-Man in a live-action film, I would like to see what you guys think when it comes to the villains in Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises. So with the given categories, make a rank of the villains that better fits said categories.

I think it would be best if we only count the actual villains and not the mob bosses, corrupt businessmen or even easter egg characters(like Victor Zsaz), so that leaves out Carmine Falcone, Sal Maroni, the Chechen, Gambol, Daggett and Stryver. And you don't have to bring up Catwoman if you don't want to since she wasn't really a villain and only a "tweener"(wrestling term :awesome:), but you can if you want; your call!

    Appearance(that's closest to the comics)

    Plot

Performance(name the actor for this one)

I want to see what you all think before I give my ranking. Have fun folks!

And please, keep this thread clean and positive.

    Nice choices guys!

Since everyone's not doing a list, I'll just pick one for each as well:

    Appearance - Two-Face

    Plot - Bane

    Performance - Heath Ledger

Hmm, everyone but me has chosen Two-Face for appearance.

Yeah, the left side of his face is definitely inspired by the look from the long Halloween (explosion incident too) , but other than that? He's sort of his own thing.

    - He's the only blonde haired Dent from any medium

    - fire burns, not acid

    - only one with burnt clothes (no two toned, tailored suit)

    - no black and white, two toned suit

    - no damage to his left hand

That's not a slight by any means, just seems weird that I seem to be the only one that's listed the Joker. I mean, purple suit, green and orange, even blue? Pinstripes? Check. Green hair? Check. White face? Check. Black circles around the eyes? Check. Ruby red lips? Check. Yellowish teeth? Check. Gloves? Check.

Only thing he's missing is a fedora at some points. Sure, he isn't perma white and he has noticeable scars, but still.

Well the blond hair and the cause of the burns don't really alter his appearance radically, IMO. Acid or fire, they still look like the comic scarring. Two Face rarely wore a black and white suit. I think BTAS was the show to do that first no? It was more that his suit, or at least his jacket, had the damaged half to reflect his 'bad' side.

As for no damage to his left hand, that's been in the comics, too:

Joker would be my close second choice for most like the comics visually.

Pretty cool, I think that's the first time I've ever seen Two-Face in scuba diving gear.

How can people say bane for plot? That's not the bane I know. I never knew bane to, be a suicidal terrorist, just someone powerful out for respect

That may not be the Bane "you know", but I will always like Bane's plot.

I thought we were picking a plot that was closest to its comic counterpart

Nope; favorite plot in any of the three films.
