The Dark Knight Rises Casting Call (All Villains)

Yeah, it was tear gas. Probably wouldn't have/didn't kill him, which is why I imagined he'd be pissed.

what does tear gas do? and yeah no duh hed be pissed, he might go to arkham for a visit to j-man

It kind of acts like mace, that causes inflammation of your eyes (hence the name "tear gas"), nose, and mouth, provided that it makes its way in there. I'm fairly sure that it would not kill, as I've even heard of one guy who ingested mace that was shot into his face, who then proceeded to beat the **** out of the cops who sprayed him.

I think William Fichtner becoming Black Mask would really catch a lot of people off guard, and he's great. I was actually shocked that, upon recognizing him in the movie (and not ever having really known his name, as far as I can remember), I looked him up, and he's been in so many movies that I'd seen before, and I'd never realized who he was.

i saw him in pearl harbor, and thta story litterally made me lol, and i mean LOL

Black mask/ Roman Sionis- Ed Harris

Victor Fries- Daniel Day Lewis

Clayface- Peter stormare

and again paul giamatti as scarface, he's perfect, just watch shoot em up.

People around here have the bad habit of going out to see movies just to try to find suggestions for Batman 3. Sam Worthington has one mediocre performance, and immediately he's a great actor.

My personal choice for Black Mask: bring William Fichtner back. The man's an insanely good actor, and he's got the perfect reason to want revenge- The Joker jammed a freakin' grenade in his mouth.

Oh yes, you know me so well

Yeah, unfortunatly shes a tad too old. But if these were Burton's movies, shed be perfect.

Poison Ivy- Monica Bellucci
Black Mask- Viggo Mortenson
Riddler- Ethan Hawke
Killer Croc- Vin Diesel
Mad Hatter- Peter Stormare
Bane- Dominic Purcell
Tony Zucco- Barry pepper
Freeze- Daniel day lewis
and thats about it.

yeah, i painted a blue duck because I really had never seen a blue duck before, and I wanted to see a blue duck,
but really, monica bellucci is really hot and has a cool accent, and pretty good acting chops,
viggo is a really good actor,
Ethan Hawke I believe could put out a solid performance as riddler(and he has reiddler esqe look), and I really don't care for johnny depp as riddler,
I want vin diesel for croc if done, he has a good body for the job and I like most of his movies, not just the action ones,
Peter Stormare would own mad hatter, seriously no doubt in my mind,
Dominc Purcell, he has a good body for the job(cept his height), and he plays a good villain,
Barry Pepper would do good as zucco(and I think he would be good in a movie even if robin was not done, his role would be like gambles but a little bit larger),
You cant go wrong with daniel day lewis in any role.

The Joker replacement if they do that- Joseph Gordon Levitt, Sean Penn, or Lachy Hulme
Harley Quinn- Helena Bonham Carter
Victor Fries/Mr. Freeze- Daniel Day Lewis
Ed Nygma/The Riddler- Johnny Depp or Guy Pearce
Pamela Isley/Poison Ivy- Charlize Theron or Isla Fisher
Selina Kyle/Catwoman - Scarlett Johansson, Rachel Weisz, or Marion Cotillard

I would love for Helena Bonham Carter, someone from Burton's films, to come in a Nolan-directed Batman film. It would be a great mix of both Burton and Nolan's Batman. Emotionally I would have mixed feelings about this.

Mr. Freeze-Ben Kingsley or Daniel Day Lewis
The Riddler- Guy Pearce or Casey Affleck
Poison Ivy- Eva Green or Charlize Theron
Catwoman- Marion Cotillard or Jennifer Connelly
Harley Quinn-Helena Bonham Carter (the age doesn't change my choice because in Nolan's universe who knows how old The Joker is he seems to be in his mid-30s, but he's played by someone in their late-20s so its plausible)
Black Mask-Joaquin Phoenix or Sam Rockwell
The Penguin- Philip Seymour Hoffman
Hugo Strange-William Hurt or Brian Cox
The Mad Hatter- Johnny Depp
The Ventriloquist- Paul Giamatti

Not Isla Fisher! I think she is one of the worst choices for Ivy. She is just way too young looking and cute for Ivy. Maybe Harley Quinn, but NOT Ivy.

And unfortunatly, HBC is a little too old for Harley, and looks it. I do love the idea though.

Isla Fisher wouldn't make a good villain period. Ivy would probably best be played by Scarlett Johanssen but unfortunately she's tied up being the Black Widow for Iron Man and (possibly) the Avengers.

And yeah, if it wasn't for her age Helena Bonham Carter would make a great Harley. Heck, Bellatrix Lestrange is essentially Harley Quinn with a wand replacing the make-up.

Agreed. Shes just not villain material. Not to mention shes not even that great of an actress. There are MUCH better choices for Ivy.
