Agreed. Shes just not villain material. Not to mention shes not even that great of an actress. There are MUCH better choices for Ivy.

Her husband, Sacha Baron Cohen, could make a good villain. You think he wouldn't because he only does comedic characters, but you have to remember two things: 1) He's different in every role he plays, which shows versatility, and 2) His role as Perelli in Sweeney Todd was fantastic.

Hey roles have been kept quiet for a long period of time in the past quite successfully. I don't think anyone knew who voiced the Fallen in the new Transformers movie until a short time before it came out.

How about Tom Hardy as Black Mask.

He is a great young actor. I recommend watching The Take and Bronson. He's great at playing psychopaths. I think he could make a sick Joker aswell actually. He could create something proper evil.

I don't know much about the actor, but, if what you're saying about him is accurate, I wouldn't want him as the Black Mask. The Black Mask is essentially nothing more than a mob boss, and the way the bosses were portrayed in the previous films is how he would need to be shown. Maybe for a different role.

And yes, I know Hardy's English and Bane is Argentinian or Brazilian or something, but then again a large portion of the characters in the franchise are played by actors with a different ethnicity.

Dominic Purcell would do a good bane(drake from blade trinity, prison break), he's 6'1 I think, other than the fact that he and bale are the same height dominic can get really buff, and he plays a good villain, he just looks kinda scary too.

Dominic Purcell might make a great Bane, but I would still prefer to have two people play Bane - one to physically play the character, the other is just a voice-over.

Just my opinion though.

Doug Jones is a phenomenal physical actor, but he doesn't have the build to be Bane. I was thinking possibly the Great Khali. A risky choice, I know, but with the mask and all we won't be seeing him act much.

And yea, Bardem for Bane is my choice as well. I think he could bulk up, he has got a pretty decent frame.

And when Bane is shooting the Venom they could use CGI or something. You ain't ever gonna get a decent actor with the same build as comic book Bane. There has to be compromises on his size, unless you want a wrestler in the role...which I don't.
