If not for anything else, I hated The Butterfly Effect just for Ashton Kutcher. He is the worst actor of his generation, by far.

The only Smart film I enjoyed was Old School, but that's not the kind of film that you watch for great acting.

Anna Faris (Scary Movie, Just Friends, Waiting, Lost in Translation)

She might just be funnier than Amy, and she might be able to act a smidge better.

I meant Road Trip, not Old School. Good catch. I liked Road Trip, as I said, but it's not a great showcase for someone's acting abilities. Old School was much better IMO anyway.

I wouldn't mind Farris. She was in too highly acclaimed movies (neither of which I saw), Lost In Translation and Brokeback Mountain, and from what I heard she wasn't bad in them. Plus, I find her way hotter than Smart.

I'd still prefer Murphy or Deschanel.

Deschanel was in Almost Famous, which automaticall makes her awesome in my book. The way you feel about the H2GTTG is how I feel about the cast to AF, which is my all time favorite movie.

And you really don't think Pacino could've made a great Dent when he was younger.
