After rewatching The Hangover, I would have to say Bradley Cooper for Wally West. He has the look and he can actually be pretty funny. I know he was up for Green Lantern but I don't see why he couldn't play the Flash.

i could see cooper more for green arrow myself, and as for flash i know alot of folks want wally flash film first, but i still think it will be barry flash film first if it happens any time soon, and they will probably go like what they did with Green lantern, have the character be in mid to late 20s, and look for someone between the ages of 24-34 range so its plus or minus a few yrs on either side to play with. Then say if barry is due to be like 27 yrs old in the script i would then go with wally being around 16-19yrs old for first film and have some sort of role in the film. Then have the role expanded upon in sequel.

yea i know i rather start with barry myself, include jay garrick there in some form. Then have wally be a minor supporting character in the first film. DEvelop his relationship with iris his aunt and barry. So then in a later film they have it open for wally to be the flash. Plus with going with hal for gl, it would make sense they would go with barry for flash, plus with barry back in the comics and all that. They would probably love to market barry more.

I'm at a weird spot where I prefer Wally as a character, but I feel like Barry is the best way to go for a movie, with wally coming in for a sequel.

thats how i feel too. All the flashs have their good and bad points to them from what i know of the characters reading about them online or multimedia takes i have seen. But i do think it would be best to start with barry, some how include both jay in some form and then have wally play a minor/supporting role in first film. Then it leaves it open for wally to take over in later films.

Chronological order? How many movies do you watch that begin at the very beginning of a person's life? Almost every movie implies a history and future beyond the runtime. Im not sure why that doesnt apply here.

yea i still say if and that is a big if still. That when a flash film does happen and if it does in next 2-3 yrs its more then likely going to start with barry and be about barry's origin as the flash. But like i said many times over in flash thread you can still include wally in some meaningful role, and jay in what ever form they would like to take the character.

I think I'd be happy with Cooper as Ollie. I'd like to see him in a more dramatic role first though to see if he can handle Ollies anger, occasional brooding, and frequent outspokeness

My Superman Origin Cast

Superman/Clark Kent-Robbie Amell (he's 21 and 6'1)(In other pics he's much less baby faced)

He's a tentative pick and I need to see him act to better judge, but at his age he can be a viable candidate for years to come.

Lois Lane-Emmy Rossum

I'd have Lois only at the Daily Planet for a couple of years but she's already made big splashes with her articles and uncovering plots from Intergang. Her biggest story will be the inevitable Superman interview

Perry White-Martin Sheen

I'd play Perry as a tough but fair Editor whose considering retirement reasoning that he's seen it all, and the thrill is gone as nothing surprises him anymore. Until our boy in blue shoes up of course.

Lex Luthor,-Timothy Olyphant

A suave and ruthless business man who is Metropolis favorite son, at least when the film starts. It was his performance in the Girl Next Door that sold me on him for this role, not the fact that he was bald in Hitman

Mercedes "Mercy" Graves-Michelle Rodriguez

Lex's personal assistant and chief advisor whose reltionship to Lex seems to be more than just coworkers

Jimmy Olsen-Dustin Milligan

A young upstart photo journalist with a promising career, Very confident behind the lens, but lacks it when not hidden behind the camera.

Prof Emil Hamilton-Donald Sutherland

Great actor, and looks the part


Rudy Jones/The Parasite-Colin Farrell (he's a good actor and hasn't been in anything for awhile, and his name would add some star power to the cast)

Brainiac-Arnold Vosloo (For the inevitable sequel teaser ending)

Jor-el-Jude Law (this would be a very brief cameo)
