Celebrity Apprentice

I felt this most recent episode needed a firing. As classy as that team was and as much as none of them deserved to be fired, the episode just felt really anti-climactic without one (though watching the driver wait at the end was funny).

I feel like Piers technically fired Omarosa, regardless of if she stuck around to heckle him. Therefore she was no longer a part of Hydra and Trump should've given her the boot.

But Piers has no power to fire her...

If Piers doesn't get fired soon, though, I'm going to explode. Man I hate that guy.

He's the project manager. Trump did not hire Kwame in season 1 because he did not get rid of Omarosa when she was screwing up the task in the final challenge. PM has the authority to tell a member of his or her team to go away and Trump has said as much in the past.

As for Piers, I like him. He can be combative, but he seems to be willing to do what it takes to win for his charity.

At any rate, I thought Omarosa was completely in the wrong tonight.

The difference is that Omarosa was working for Kwame. She was his employee, not his team mate. You can't just fire a team mate and say, "Hey Mister Trump you don't have to fire anyone this week because I did it for you."

And if Omarosa left and went back to the boardroom I'm sure Pierce would have used that against her, and I doubt Trump would have taken the "I didn't do anything because he fired me" excuse.

I would've fired Marilu based on her being on so many losing teams. Omarosa gives a-holes a bad name.

Marilu is my favorite. :(

No, but as PM he does have the right to order her to sit out. And if he tried to use it against her, she could say "It was his order." It would certainly be a better defense than standing there insulting his children and dropping the F-bomb.

pears is the best i hope he wins it all !! that or steven baldwin i just want omarosa fired

It was kind of anti-climatic without the firing, but at the same time, it would be kind of messed up to win the task and lose a player, which is what would have happened since Omarosa was being sent to the other team. But seriously, Omarosa should go next week, and Piers probably isn't too far behind her.

I dunno, I get the vibe that Donald actually likes and respects Piers, no matter how loud mouthed and combative he is.

It's the same with Omarosa. I don't think either one is going home any time soon. Well, maybe Omarosa as his like for her has saved her on multiple occasions already.

Yeah, I agree. In later seasons (and this one being no exception) Trump will keep around the player who deserves to be fired if he feel it helps the ratings to have them on. He has become very aware of the entertainment aspect of the show and that taints his judgement from time to time.

Yeah but that's why he's kept her around as long as he has, and really that's why Piers will last longer, but eventually, with a group like this of people who are mostly doing their parts and getting along, you have to get rid of the trouble makers. I mean Omarosa isn't even a celebrity, she's been a ratings gimmick the whole way and it's gotten her pretty far, but I don't think Donald can keep her around much longer. It would look like bad business.

And they both survived this week. That's ok though, Marilu has had an energy/over talking issue for a long time now, eventually it was to be her downfall.

Anyone watching this new season?

God, that guy was such a *****e bag. I have never even heard of him until tonight.

And, man is it weird seeing Tom Green be serious. Haha

Haha, for a moment, his wikipedia page said, Andrew "Dice" Clay is a quitter. No joke!!! :hehe:

This season wasn't as entertaining as last season. I guess it was missing some Piers's competitiveness.

Who?

Annie got screwed. Especially in the light of the news that Donald's sister-in-law is the chairwoman of his long time friend Joan's charity.

I loved this season and SO glad Joan won. Hated Annie.

Are you effing kidding me? I finally got to watch the finale, and MY GOD, is Joan a sub-human, plastic-faced female-dog or what?

I mean, to flat out lie about the issue with the designer, and get away with it? Did you know that Donald Trump's sister-in-law, (Donald's brother's wife) is a one of the chair-persons of Joan's charity? Can you say RIGGED: http://www.godslovewedeliver.org/about_directors.html

I'm done. After 8 seasons of watching this show, I'm flipping done. If you think It's just me, feel free to read the comments on Donald Trump's own blog: http://www.trumpuniversity.com/blog...-finale-and-lessons-learned-along-the-way.cfm
