illusions just makes the other person se you differantly when you havent actually changed, shapeshifting, you actually change form

When I look at possible fight scenes.... mono to mono.... I don't know if Mysterio wouldn't look cheezy fighting with a big fish bowl on his head cracked by one of Spidey massive punches..... but DocOck seem to have handle it though.

If you make Chameleon into a trained double agent, licensed to kill, weapon specialist, and train in the asian arts, along with his already formidable abilities..... he would be a kickass villain.

Chameleon would be the spy,agent,hitman etc. Why does he show up in New York? What is he after? Who does he work for? All this can tie together with elements we have already seen.

OK... I see where you going with this. Good points on him going after the formula if I'm reading you right. However, who would want it that bad to hire Chameleon..... that's why I say you have to have Kingsley in the next trilogy to hire villains to go after Spiderman, take over Oscorp and use it resources to create and explain these villains origins, and be the chief villain behind the scenes throughtout the next trilogy..... or at least through Spidey5 since many here wants the Sinister Six in Spidey6 for some reason.

All very good questions and very good answers. You guys are getting too dangerously close to how I see the Chameleon being used in the movies.

I can tell you he is a spy at the caliber of the bad guys in the movie Casino Royale and yes he is after something important in my idea for the Spider-man 4. Oh and he works alone considering his best ability.

Chameleon could be the plot part of a movie, but not the fighting part. I think he'd go well with either his brother, or with Rhino.

I disagree on all levels. I think Mysterio is a complete cheeseball.

Chameleon always struck me as a Batman type villain; he doesn't really have any fighting skills, but he can cause problems in other ways. Strap him with some hired muscle and you've got a great movie imo.

Exactly, he is a cool, serious, intelligent and cunning villain that even with no powers can be very dangerous to any typical man.

The Chameleon would only be in a Spidey Movie if they made him have alot of strength. If not then He won't work. But Mysertio on the other hand I guess would work. I mean atleast he can trick Spidey and make illsusions, etc. Remember in ASM Issue#13 how Mysterio tricked Spidey with smoke ontop of a bridge?

Not all of the villains have to have brute strength to work on film.
