How do you want the many different characters portrayed in the film(s)

I think Clark, Lois, and Jimmy should be seen as "kids" by the other staff of the Daily Planet.

Clark should be a middle ground between his DCAU self and the Donnerverse version of Clark. He should be competent, a little goofy, but also a small town guy in a big city

I like the above picture's description of Lois and her being a nobody until she gets an interview with Superman

I actually liked the way they were portrayed in SR, except for Lois maybe. But maybe that was just Bosworth altogether.

Go the SR-way, but with more pep and of course another cast. That would change alot in itself.

I'm only refering to the staff at the Daily Planet. Clark is a different thread altogether.

I agree with pretty much all of this. It's very close to my take. I would add in a few things about how Clark tries to use his position as a reporter to push for causes he believes in and champions as Superman, but that is a small point and probably more of a story point.

Yes! The pen is mightier than the sword, as they say...
