Made my first omelette today. My mum had left some sauteed mushrooms from whatever she had for dinner last night. Three eggs, a little bit of milk, a pinch of black pepper and oregano, mixed them up, threw them on the pan, let it cook, flipped it over, threw on the mushrooms and some tasty cheese, fold it in half and let the cheese melt. Et voilà.

Any of you folks find yourself waking up at my house for some reason, I've got breakfast taken care of.

You know what I miss... Shoney's. We have one near me but its not the classic breakfast buffet with a hundred pounds of bacon.

Speaking of food... i found some edamame in the freezer and just thawed it out, put some kosher salt on it... and added some creole seasoning... **** is great.
