So I don't know how reliable this gentleman is but he says here that Matt Murdock will for sure, 100% going to be in Jessica Jones.

I've seen him on amc and he gives his thoughts and predictions, but he seems pretty certain about this.

What do you think?

that last one gives me a feeling that daredevil will show up.

I hope atleast Matt Murdock shows up but DD would be great.

I can imagine Matt as an attorney getting brought in somehow relating to Jeri who's also a lawyer. I heard that she often will be hiring Jessica for jobs to get information and such and I could see such an arrangement bumping into Matt's firm, legally speaking.

good point, i thought jeri was supposed to be a district attorney though. i don't know if that makes any difference. but [BLACKOUT]the episode descriptions make it sound like daredevil will be in the season finale.[/BLACKOUT]

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I have a sneaky suspicion that Netflix is going to try and do something much like the Avengers formula. Where they introduce all these Marvel heroes in different series, but it's all a set up for some kind of team-up movie or potentially series?

Um...that's already been confirmed they will all team up for the Defenders on Netflix

Highly possible, since they announced exactly that way back when the Netflix deal started...

So yeah, now that we've got that established, I think I'll just wait until this weekend to find out if Charlie does indeed make his cameo in this show

I'm gonna be so excited if he shows up! Hopes he shows up as DD and not as Matt or maybe both but Jessica doesn't know they're the same person.

I'll save everyone some time:

No Daredevil. No Charlie Cox. Only Claire Temple in episode 13.

It's perfectly fine with me. That being said, it's the first time [BLACKOUT]that a false rumor gave me too much of an expectation. I figured it would be Matt at the end saving Jessica. The fact that it's Hoggarth makes way more sense for the plot that is.[/BLACKOUT]

[BLACKOUT]not really. jessica despises hogarth so it would've made more sense (and more entertaining) for her to have hired other lawyers around the block, namely nelson & murdock, who just got done cracking a huge case in hell's kitchen.[/BLACKOUT]

I'm talking about thematically. Using the character they did fits the moral gray area the show operates under.

Are we even sure this is set after DD. One of the earlier episodes said a year ago in regards to the bus crash and the newspaper said Jan 2014.

Like someone else mentioned, if they were rounding you'd think they would have rounded to 2 years. I have a feeling these shows were more meant to overlap if anything and so Nelson & Murdock would be basically complete unknowns.

yes. There is a prequel comic in which the devil of Hell's Kitchen is mentioned as well as daredevil in the red suit, and [blackout]in the season finale Claire temple mentions knowing him[/blackout]

I disagree. I don't find that this show tries to have a moral grey area, it's Jessica jones trying to do the right thing.

I knew [BLACKOUT]DD wouldn't be saving Jessica in the end, the would undercut her entire story and position as the hero. Though I would like for them to bump into each other.[/BLACKOUT]
