I just really wish someone would do something new with the Charmed universe. I know they have a ton of Charmed books, but I'd love a grapic novel that took place in the chramed world, not necessarily having to do with the Halliwells, but in their world.
Alwyas thought the Charmed universe would be a great setting for video games as well. Being able to select from their catalogue of powers and battling the plethora of nasty creatures they intoduced would be awesome.
But I'm sure all Charmed fans feel this way.

yeah charmed set up a pretty interesting universe, i really wish instead of hoping Cuoco (or however you spell her name) would rejuvinate the franchise, they focused more on wyatt and chris, which at one time were rumored to get a spin-off series (which would have been amazing imo)

Charmed lasted alot longer than it needed to. Iyt could barely hold up the main series so i doubt the pinoff series would be any good, unless it had new writers. If they were to do a spinoff or a continuation a comic book series ala BTVS season 8 or Angel After the fall would be alot better but again with different writers.

I think a story about Wyatt and Chris in the future would be pretty awesome.. maybe something goes wrong, and the show has a darker tone. Lets not forget either, they arn't suppose to really exist... the charmed ones were all suppose to have girls, but something messed up and piper had boys.

how would that work though. i dont think you could really call their exsistance a mistake because its simply based on chance what the gender of your child is. Also about the Wyatt and chris spinoff wi9th a darker tone heres how i see it

Charmed = Buffy an Angel ripoff
Wyatt and Chris spin off= Supernatural rip off

Honestly i dont know why this series has the fanbase that it oes however if something in the Charmed universe must be done how about a darker reboot similar to the Craft and maybe have them start out with the power of three and find a sister to create the power of four? perhaps..idk maybe something akin to The Craft

have you watched charmed? grams was horribly ill with shock that piper was having a boy... it was the first boy halliwell born... in well.. forever. at least since there ancestor who was in salem. Halliwell women just simply did no give birth to men. there's no chance about that.

Charmed cant be an angel ripoff.. since angel came after.. and it was hardly a buffy ripoff.. it just hopped on the supernatural bandwagon.

The wyatt and chris spinoff was rumored before supernatural even aired by the way...

the thing i like about charmed is that it grew out of the darkness of the buffy bandwagon, and grew to have fun with itself.. id hate to take that away.. and honestly taking that away makes it more of a rip

Charmed ripped nothing off of Angel.... *yawn* and what exactly other then "theme" did it rip off of buffy? pray tell.

the Wyatt and Chris spinoff would have been nothing like Supernatural at all.. there witches... they fight a whole different type of demon, things are much more "fun and magical" in the charmed universe, its not "realistic" per say.

essentially all i can say, is if you don't like the show, go complain elsewhere.. this is a thread for people who enjoy the show. not nit pick it to death. why waste your time? your not getting anything out of it. the show's over.

I quite frankly loved the show, and it was just that, a light hearted sci-fi show.. it was bewitched meets the craft, meets sex in the city. And i for one loved that. And dont find a damn thing wrong about it.

I was never really a fan of the fun and bright side that was S5-8, I liked the show during its darker and more serious days. And they just ended up becoming a joke of themselves after Season4. Bringing in all the disney like magical creatures, sexing the show up so much, making all the demons look human and wear all black, having wicked witches, just was one big disaster imo.

After Shannen left, TheWB didnt care about the show anymore and then the writers started to not care anymore but that could be because they hired a whole new writing staff during S5.

I’ve been binging Season 3/4 this weekend, I forgot how good it used to be.

It’s on Peacock.

The remaster that CBS did is for the most part BEAUTIFULLY done. I've been doing a rewatch myself, only do S1-4 on blu-ray and then 5-8 on Peacock. Really helps give the show a different feel and differentiate them.

Just finished S7 today and started S8 which is already hard.

I loved Charmed back in the day. I’m gonna admit I haven’t seen every single episode but when it was on and I would catch it I would enjoy watching the show. I love that they still do reruns on TNT in the mornings. Wish that TNT would do the same for Angel like a few years ago and on FX with Buffy but whatever lol.

Yes I remember this. It replaced Angel. Charmed is still on TNT along with Supernatural.

They also do Arrow reruns but the scheduling is weird. I’m assuming they’ll do the same for The Flash once that wraps up it’s run and I can see that replacing Supernatural.

Charmed is still really popular in syndication which is probably why its lasted so long on tnt. It not being arc heavy probably helps.

I doubt it tbh. TNT has syndication rights to SN and with as many episodes that has? rerun gold.

The show really began losing its mojo midway through Season 5, after that they kept dialing things up to 11.

“Imaginary Fiends” and “Spin City” remain some of my favorites from the later seasons though.

I always chalked it up to her going to martial art classes during the hiatus with Phoebe. In true Prue fashion, she took it very seriously and took it to level 10 lol.
