They are raised together in large groups, where many people nurture them and they can learn from many, to ebtter themselves further, than just 2 parents, and have no worries about bad parenting etc etc, also builds a better sense of community.

And some animals require licenses, like exotic animals and livestock etc, horses sometimes too.

I laughed 'cause I have no heat here. I have tons of friends with kids and openly talk about the fact that I think at this stage in human existence on Earth, procreation is gross. They say "Eff you." I say "No, Eff you." then we have some green tea.

Neither having or not having a kid is a good or bad thing to do.

What does matter is why or not you have a child. Your motives with the child or without it.

Enough with the pointless bashing.

When some choose to pro-create and some do not, it balances out the world.

If people decided, "we don't need to have anymore children" then the world would spiral, because we can't help all the needy children in the world.

If decided that we need more children, we'd over populate in no time, thus hunger and more violance.

There are joys that come out of both choices, different attributes, but you have them none the less.

You know the best thing about not having children? Not having a daughter. That way you don't have to deal with her dealing with men. Also the dreaded "Dad, I'm pregnant" at 15, subsequently followed with a Shoryuken to the belly.

The reason I'm - I won't say "bashing" 'cause it's a stupid word - is similar to, say, the reason you might decry the way we treat the environment.


Yes, of COURSE there are tons of people who are very conscious of how their behaviour effects the environment. They aren't wasteful. They do all the right things, ride a bicycle instead of a pollutive car, they don't throw 6-Pack rings in the lake, they recycle, they don't throw their old monitors off a cliff or eat the last spotted frog on Earth, etc.

Tons of people.

But the vast, vast majority is so thoughtless and so gross and so selfish and so foolish and so lazy with regards to it, the efforts of the wise don't matter.
It's too late to make a lasting difference. We're all doomed to live in a progressively ****tier and ****tier planet because definitely M.O.S.T. people are stupid, ill-informed or just plain evil.

So yeah. Right on to those who are smart. But they're a tiny, miniscule sliver of the pie, so we point out the heaping, overwhelmingly larger chunk of idiots and befoulers.
