First Avenger Chris Evans workout and diet for Cap?

I posted a thread like this for Chris Hemsworth on Thor so I thought i would do the same for Chris Evans. I was curious to see what he did for Captain America. Though his change isn't as impressive as Hemsworth's was for Thor.

That's because Thor is a god, and Chris H over-worked out, but Cap is a scrawny kid who changes into a super human being, not comparable to a god.
