6th grade?! Damn, that's early. Though incidentally when I was in 10th grade my school scheduled a trip to see this crappy Dracula musical on Broadway since we were all reading it. Long story short, there was nudity in it so you can imagine how that went down with a bunch of rowdy 15 year olds.

I'll do you one better. When I was a senior in high school one of my teachers (this dude was right out of college) put on Apocalypto of all movies during free period. No permission slips were ever discussed.

IMO it's earned a spot on the Dreamworks Animation Mt. Rushmore next to Shrek, The Prince of Egypt, and How To Train Your Dragon. (I count Puss in Boots 2 as part of the Shrek franchise)
