well I don't know about classic lines, but there are moments I think are some kind of classic (I don't know if I can post it here, well anyway if not, than I'm sorry...)

Roshi bulking up before throwing a kamehameha (little to no hope that it's going to happen in the movie)


Goku throwing a kamehameha easily after Roshi's (I think that's an important moment because it shows that Goku is really at ease with ki manipulation, but in the movie they'll probably go with the "Ramsey script" direction, and make the kamehameha the "ultimate move" of Goku)

Piccolo being trapped with the Mafuba

And naturally, Shenron being summoned with the seven dragon balls

Id like Goku to learn the Kamehameha straight away but i think itll be something hell figure out how to use during the Piccolo battle, and thats how he'll win.
