What are your thoughts on coloning? I'm against it. That's one step towards the government doing away with people it doesn't like. For instance, death aquad clones will stand at the border killing immigrants. Only ONE governmnent controlled immigrant will be cloned. His name will be Immigro. He will be the guy for cheap, free labor. Another clone named Joesway will be the clone that fights in wars.

In conclusion, I am against cloning because that opens the door for the government to kill whom ever they want.

Is there a good argument for why cloning might even be a good idea?

I can think of one.

The world could be filled with me.

I heard of cloning fish. Because the world is largely over fishing its fish. So no more fish eventually, unless we clone more fish, then those fish mate and make more fish clones. but they really wouldn't be fish clones, they would be their own fish. Well, the Air Force is against the idea of drone aircraft (though I think the Air Force has plenty of drones already ). Because to the Air Force, every plane MUST, M U S T have a pilot in it. Every time a new plane is built, they insist that a pilot be in it. They can't accept that they can be replaced by BETTER, unmanned planes.

Also, the Army is working on unmanned tanks and choppers.

But Japan beats everybody. They expect that soon everyone in Japan will have their own, personal robot (so the robots can revolt like in a certain movie)

Well it is only a matter of time until we dont need to send flesh and blood in the line of fire. Why should we? especially once we get the technology. If we had a military where we didnt need to worry about losing our own, we could do a lot more, like actually help Africa.

I'm sorry, having an army of nothing but robots would make war completely pointless, a waste of money. Political leaders and people, and populations have to die and suffer and infrastructure has to suffer causing casualities collaterally for war to do anything. Next thing you know, you're going to upgrade that to "hey, why spend money on robots, maybe we can just have wars in cyberspace." To that I'd say, good idea, whatever floats your boat if you really think it's neccessary at that point to pretend it's neccessary to have wars.
