I've seen a lot of bad comic book movies which I think still have some right to exist for whatever reason. But The Spirit was just wrong.

They all had potential, they were all worthwhile projects. They just weren't executed well.

Now, if you have seen the Justice League TV movie...anyone could tell you such a thing is never, ever going to work. A live-action Justice League TV show which is half Power Rangers, half Friends. Staggering that anybody thought for a second that was a good idea.

I think Wolverine had some really great visuals in there. The Spirit was also pretty to look at. Captain America I didnt too much mind, I like Pyun's brand of shlock.

Any Justice League movie without Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman is due to be an epic failure. These heroes are the ones that the GA knows, and to expect such a movie to do well and not include them is killing the movie before it can ever be born.

I like the character of Supergirl and Helen Slater was wonderful. The flying effects were the best of all the Super films. However, I kind of agree there should be no Supergirl - or Superdog, or super anything. Superman, last son of Krypton.
