I would like to se DC publish:
a Justice Underground ongoing!
a CSA-universe comic it is about the exploits of Jutice Underground.
They would not ponly fight the CSA but evil versions of the Titans, The Leagon, The JSA, and the outsiders.
the JU would have a rotating roster, but Alexander Luthor would be always prsent.

I'd like to see a story that takes place entirely in Batman's psyche. Something incredibly trippy and metaphor-packed. One where there is either A, a moment where A piece of the batsuit is ripped like wrapping paper and the rest comes falling off to reveal a sobbing 8-year old in a tuxedo, or a moment where the 8-year old bruce, kneeling next to his parents in Crime Alley, looks up and transforms into a half ManBat half Batman monster and flies up at the "camera."

Or a comic written by ItsJustSomeRandomGuy.

It would be nice to see the Blood Syndicate and Static fully restablished in the DC Universe. Give Static another self-titled series, and have some of the old Blood Syndicate members show up to do some damage to anyone who tests them. That would be cool to see. I can imagine it now, Wise Son kicking a famous DC character's ass, villain or hero it doesn't matter to me.
