Post your complaints, here. Here's mine: Why is it that men can't be friends with women? Why must every association with women, no matter how mundane, platonic or professional, be fraught with sexual tension? You men know you can't have a relationship and/or sex with every woman on the planet, so why can't you just settle for being friends with a few of them? There are guys I like, a lot, I think they're great and enjoy their company, their perspective on things, their senses of humor, their intelligent discourse .. but it seems like it's impossible to simply maintain that type of friendly relationship. Why oh why must it be this way?

Oh, I know! They drive in the fast lane like they're in the slow lane. Or they wait until you're nearly upon them and then pull out in front of you, slow as a turtle. And almost always, there's nobody behind you, anyway. If they had just waited a few seconds ... Grrrrr.

I dislike letters. They make no sense unless you look at them and/or put a bunch together. Seriously, they're just weirdly shaped lines, but somehow, somewhere, someone decided that they should have meaning. What makes them better than that stuff I scribbled on my pad when I was half-asleep last night? Politics, and nothing else.

There is no "fast lane" or "slow lane" 2 lane highway...The fast lane IS the passing lane,your suppose to be in the slow lane unless your passing.I know this cause I had to take a driving course if I didn't want my license to be suspended. State troopers drive in the passing lane,they will pull you over if your in that lane too long...seen it happen.

This is a pretty massive over generalization, as I can have relationships with women that aren't sexual or romantic in any way, and I know of many guys who can. A lot of guys are just so sex-oriented that they forget how to be decent human beings.

Because I know it will be brought up, I'm not gay, nor am I thinking of any guys who are.

I can be friends with women, no problem. The key to it is being attracted to woman friends and woman girlfriends in different ways. By that I mean, the qualities I look for, and really adore in my female friends are not at all the qualities I'd want in a girlfriend and vica versa.

I think the more emo and geeky guys can be friends with women, whereas the player and jock types can't. It also depends on the company you keep...are your friends more of the "dude, you need to tap that ass, why are you waiting?" type as opposed to the "dude, she's cool to hang with" type.
