This is a real movie, released in 1981.
It's an equal mix of James Bond, superhero and comedy. It stars Michael Crawford as a comicbook creator who gets to become the superhero he created, Condorman.
The bad guys are straight out of James Bond, and get this - the leader is Oliver Reed! If only he'd actually been in a 007 movie.
There are a lot of set-pieces with vehicles and gadgets which combine both Batman-type customisation (Condorcar, Condorboat) with Bond-style weaponry. There is more action here than in most of the Batman movies.
It's a weird movie to be sure, and virges between serious (Reed scenes) and pure slapstick (Crawford). And don't go thinking it's a good movie, because it isn't. But it is very unique and intresting.
