Aw (wo)man; I'm the same way. I don't retreat to cubby holes when I'm stressed like you but I always had the greatest time playing hide and seek as a child when I hid in the most ridiculously small places.

I did the same, but then one time I tried to hide in too tight of a squeeze sort of place (behind a toilet at my grandmother's house) and I got stuck! It hurt like hell and my father had to take the whole tank apart to get me out. I learned to be a little more cautious
