Could Michael Rooker Be King Shark???

Originally I thought they would cast James Gunn’s go to actor to play Polka-Dot Man. Obviously I was wrong as David Dastmalchian was cast in the role.
It got me thinking, what if Rooker is voicing and doing motion capture for King Shark?
I would love for this to happen.
Nobody plays insanely dangerous but hilarious better than Michael Rooker!

My only real exposure to King Shark is in Flash's show but he looked sick in that, be cool if they went for the hammer head look just to change it up
