He better not.Well as some may already know, I'm actually resigning from Hype Modship effective September 1st. DOG LIPS already threatened that if I went through with it he was going to ban my ass for past sins, so...I guess I won't be around long enough to see myself as a regular anything.
This place is so much better with you in it. I can understand that. I don't think it would be worth it to mod if you always had to depend on another mod to help you out. It wouldn't be worth it to me unless I had global powers and abilities. I can also understand why someone would want to bail. This place is busy and woe be it to you if you get called to handle a situation in a spoiler forum when you were trying to avoid being spoiled yourself.When I was a mod I didn't have the power to ban people so I can't miss what I didn't have.
I don't miss being a mod. It was fun at times but I found it more of a pain more othen then not. I didn't have the power I needed to do the job right and I got tired of having to ask the other mods that had the power to help out. If it wasn't for C Lee's help I wouldn't have gotten anything done.
I don't know how many times I was on here late at night and some jackass would come on the Superman boards and cause trouble and I could do nothing but ask him to stop and delete his threads. I would have to PM another mod and ask them to ban this guy and then wait till that mod came on to do it. Meanwhile I'm getting PM after PM from people asking me to do something about this guy. It got old fast.
I love Hype and would do anything to help out but modding is a pain if you can't do it right.
