That sucks.

I'm assuming you weren't friends...?

11:45 left until Midnight! Freaky close!

Nah I didn't really know him but the girl I'm crazy about (and who is going to the movie with me) was really good friends with him and shes just a mess. Which makes me feel awful.

That's hard.

Obligations suck sometimes, but you gotta do what you gotta do. You can't be heartless, or that's what she'll always remember.

I remember in high school, one of my best friends got killed when a Jeep flipped. I'd called my mom at work, and I was basically a mess, too. She wouldn't take off work (bank teller) to come and be with me, and I've never forgotten that.

She said she still wants to come to the movie. You better believe I'll be holding onto her the hold night.

thats the best thing you could do for her, hopefully the deaths in the film wont bother her.

That's pretty grim stuff for hoping to get your mind off something!

A kid I was friends with and in a band with in the summer leading into my freshman year of HS died in a car accident when we were juniors. The sad thing was that we had been fighting and not talking to each other since like right when we started freshman year. I saw him like a week before he died and it was like one of those amiable things, where you can tell we both knew we were foolish. But I never got to actually apologize to him before he died. And that's gonna be one of the biggest regrets for the rest of my life.
