This story reminded me of a case I saw on a spanish court tv show..The Dad was drinkin at an outside bar type of place and he left his kids in the car by themselves across the street in the car but with the windows down some. The person that videotaped it, the kids were just screamin for his dad to take them outta the car cuz their faces were all red. One of the little boys managed to come out and he ran across the street to get his dad & then he just shoved him back in and continued drinking his damn beer. In all that time, like 2 hours passed by before he left.

Yeah...He's an idiot. I think the judge ordered that he not see his kids for like a year or a restraining order until he got his act together.

When your vices jeopardize other people, it's time to take a step back.

Way to set a good example, Dad. Even if the temp. wasn't high, what kind of Dad goes off and leaves a kid in the car?

Since he's a dad, shouldn't we assume that someone is willing to give it to him for free?:woot:

Wow, I never thought I'd see a mod post a story that was over three months old. No offence Morg, just sayin'.

Morg, why do you always post these disturbing news stories?
Do you really get off on them, or do you get a cozy feeling knowing that no matter what, at least you know that you're better than these people in the stories, or what?

    I don't get it.
I would understand if there was a really amazingly anomalous one, but, negligent parents leave their kid in the car all the time.

And then, if there was some interesting commentary you had to offer, I'd understand that, but you always just say, "What a moron", or something.
    It's eerie.

And with a lot of them, there isn't really any room for discussion.
It's just like a ritual...everyone reports in to say

    "What a sick-O"
"I hope they fry that guy."
"My prayers go out to the family. :("
"What is WRONG with people?!"

As if, we all don't already know, that, yeah, if you do something terrible, you're terrible.

Morg just likes to bring us down. We're skipping around through forests of candy and unicorns, and then just to remind us the world sucks, Morg comes along with "man rapes teddy bear and makes toddler watch!"

    Uber killjoy.

I remember my dad leaving me in his truck while he went inside a bar to have some beer. He was in there for a couple of hours and I was about 10 years old. I wasn't scared, but I remember being VERY bored waiting for him. I should have told someone back then. There's no way I'd do anything like that to my son.
