Danny Boyle considering 28 Days Later Sequel

So there still some speculation involved here, but apearantly theres a very decent chance for Danny Boyles return in the third 28 Days later film, probably not called 28 Months later as many expected. If this goes through, I must say I have high hopes.

Danny Boyle this gens Romero. Nothing really creative going on. Except zombies. So pathetic.

Uh, 28 Days Later is his only zombie film.

Anyway, I really hope this happens. I love the first film dearly and I would love nothing more for him to come back. Screw his next projects, I want to see this. I hope he can make up for the second one.

I actually didn't mind the second one as I thought it was about as good as the first just in a different way.
I'm sure hes gotten alot of feedback about making a third film so I assume that maybe the reason hes giving it a thought.
Not sure how this one would be welcomed as I think overall ppl may get tired of the zombie/infected scenerios.
If this does get made I hope he can end the series in a good way,whether it be world ends or a cure for the virus.

yes, but this is a second sequel.

Return of the Jedi is a sequel of A New Hope.

Therefore, next movie will be the second sequel to 28 days later.

Also, this would be the second film by person that made the first, so even if he decided to make a direct sequel of just the first movie and ignore the second movie already in existence, that'd be his perogative.

I hope they don't ignore the events in the second movie, as I really enjoy both films and would rather see a direct sequel to 28 Weeks Later.

As for the title? How about Another 28 Days Later? Or Another 28 Weeks? Something along those lines.
