You know what? I actually think they should have kept Junkie XL here to assist Elfman with the battle music to get closer to the MoS snd BvS epic sound. De facto the same role he occupied with Zimmer. Elfman's timpani and xylophones won't cut it.

I have to be honest. Junkie's work is my least favorite of any Batman or Superman movie. BvS was the first Batman or Superman movie where the music stood out as being out of place for me.

I'm so happy Elfman is back.

It seems like Aquaman's motif is playing during the battle clip; the mixing is so low that I can't make it out properly.

This felt completely like it jumped out from a JL cartoon into real life! I love how they're all working together, and the camera pans from one league member to the other. Also, so happy about the Batman theme coming back to the big screen. Certainly brings back some wonderful memories.

I like Junkie's works, but it'd be very disrespectful towards Danny Elfman to seek assistance from someone who has worked only on a handful of films as a full time composer.

It was silly to act like you couldn't reuse an old theme for a newer version in the first place. Other franchises have successfully done it, and with the new clips, Danny Elfman has successfully done it as well. The B89 theme doesn't feel out of place with Batfleck at all.

Exactly. As cliche as it sounds relative to Batman movies just look at the Bond franchise.

I have never understood that unreasonable claim that it couldn't be done. Thank god for Elfman showing us all the way. The bat theme's use in that clip felt so right. I got chills. If he manages to work the Williams theme in there for Supes at one point I think I'll cry lol.

I'm trying to avoid all these new clips, but I wanted to hear the B89 theme, and it sounds great in that small clip. Works really well.

I'm glad they didn't play around with it too much too, it's just very much just as many of us remember from Batman 89 or BTAS.

We are truly blessed to have it back.

The way Batman lands is a bit funny though, but I'm expecting him to move too much like the cartoon where he's much sleeker.

Hearing the 89 batman theme in that clip was surreal in a really good way. Happy Whedon went with Elfman.

After watching the clips I can firmly say I am not a fan, much too whimisical causing it to not match the feel of the scenes.
