OKAY!
I know, I know. But, just think about this premise I'm about to throw out and imagine if the script were everything "Batman Begins" represented and throw in some Marvel action...
Wilson Fisk, "the Kingpin", escapes Riker's Island Prison with the help of his evil wife, Vanessa Fisk, and her new henchman, Mr. Fear, a purple-cloaked man of mystery and darkness. He returns to Hell's Kitchen to torment and terrorize the blind lawyer, known as: Matt Murdock.
Meanwhile, Murdock is still moonlighting as the masked vigilante, Daredevil, who is trying to uncover the whereabouts of a clever thief, the Black Widow, and keep away from disbardment as he keeps up profile as a lawyer with Foggy Nelson.
Vanessa Fisk, however, is far from simple terrorizing a blind lawyer-turned-vigilante that her husband is obsessed over. She begins utilizing Mr. Fear's power and hideousness to bring the Fisk reign of supremacy back to New York, presiding over Wilson as a modern-day Lady Macbeth. This leads Daredevil to have to come to the realization, his enemy is not Black Widow nor Kingpin nor Mr. Fear. It's his hidden enemy that Vanessa Fisk works for...HYDRA!
