Na he is pissed off because Norman made him look like a idiot(well, even more of a idiot). Because when DP took down that Skrull ship, he was supposed to send some data to Fury, but during the electronic transfer Osbourne intercepted it. Making it look like DP failed his mission, which he didn't really. So he has got a bit of a grudge against Osbourne now.
