Wasn't there an issue where Peter, Kurt, and Logan went to a bar and Peter got carded? I think it was stated there that he was 19.





And Scott sends the Stabbity Squad after the government-approved X-Men? That doesn't seem like good publicity for Greymalkin Industries.

I just got to this issue. Its the issue after the Secret War and Colossus breaks up with Kitty and Logan is pissed. He takes him to a bar to give him a talking to when they run into Juggernaut. The bartender cards Peter who mentions he is almost twenty. So in my mind Peter may have been 17 or 18 when he was recruited.

I'm actually diggin' this Dark X-Men deal. I mean in Fraction's post today on Marvel.com (where he is going through characters this week. Today was Mimic for those that didn't catch that) It seems to me that they aren't trying to be "bad". Well, with the exception of Daken of coarse. It says that Mimic simply feels basically that he's been overlooked and this is his big break. I can see that. Namor is plotting to turn against osborn in the future, white queen...she's a sneaky, naughty little minx. I think she's actually trying to preserve her species and like she did recently in Uncanny make the others "see" her do mean things to her teammates. I would love to see this team, or part of it, take over the X-Men. At least throw Mimic, and Cloak and Dagger on there. I always pictured Cloak and Dagger with Young Avengers or X-Factor though.

It's nice to see that they're getting some love. Do you have a link as to where it says that the mini has been cancelled? You know, I took a run a couple years back at pitching a Cloak and Dagger ongoing, and C.B. told me originally that they were looking for something, then after a little bit told me that they weren't accepting pitches for them, so I'm wondering if they're going to be more of a mainstay.

Ultimately, it is pretty pointless. Unless they are immortal or something, then their age is never a problem.

On the other hand Cloak, Dagger and especially Mimic all trying to step up and be something more... that could be very interesting.
