Justice League Darkseid and the New Gods

So the three Motherboxes belong to Humans, Amazons, and Atlanteans. Do you think these ancient civilizations banded together to fight Uxas before? We know that Kara (Supergirl) landed on Earth 18,000 years before Man of Steel. If the three Earthling races fought Darkseid before do you think Kara was around to help?

This theory is brilliant.

If Kara did indeed help rally the people of Earth against Apokolips, that would add a personal layer to the inevitable conflict between Superman and Darkseid himself. After Steppenwolf's inevitable failure in Justice League, he will report back to Darkseid and tell him of the return of the Kryptonian.

Darkseid will remember Kara interfering once before, and be forced to take action himself against a unified JL with Superman holding them together.

I hope they don't introduce Supergirl in this world. I don't even want green lantern. I hope they keep this team at this size and with so many sequels/ crossovers there could be great character development. I don't want to see new heroes introduced almost every movie . The only reason I'd like that is to kill that hero off to create serious drama and increase the stakes.

i hope they do, but not until the next Superman solo movie. I just think Superman mentoring a young supergirl would be cool to see and show a different side of this superman we dont get to see very often. preferably both of them taking on Brainiac.

Nothing wrong with growing this cast of heroes, specifically the individual superhero families. Batman family, Superman family, Flash family. Yes you then run into the whole "where was so and so during this fight??" but marvel gets away with it so i dont see why DCEU cant.

4th World stuff tend to be out there in the best way possible.

Yessir. Prequel comic is canon. They just haven't called back to it yet, which I'm hoping they do sooner rather than later.

If Snyder sticks with the theory that all life originates (and eventually returns to) the source wall, then perhaps Superman's death/rebirth could tie into it somehow. It would make for an interesting 'dream' sequence to have Superman reach the wall only to return to Earth when the threat of Darkseid looms.

Either way the cliffhanger of the movie should be Darkseid learning of his uncle's failure and the return of Superman, and deciding to intervene.

That could work well given that Darkseid is meant to have a direct mental connection to the Source Wall.

People have said that Charles Dance is rumored to appear in Justice League. What if he's not playing one of the villains, but rather Izaya of New Genesis?
