DC characters not living up to their potential

It's used for transit a lot. I wouldn't mind seeing Superman lose his super-fast reflexes and stuff. Take away his ability to use speed for anything other than moving from point A to point B, like the Green Lanterns with their superluminal jumps. It's not like he uses it for anything more than that very often as it is, even though he's technically capable of doing so now.

Oh yea I forgot how it's connected with his super reflexes...but honestly, in a fight how often does he use that to his advantage? So much stuff that Supes doesn't need cause he rarely uses. And then he doesn't even use his gifts wisely at times.

Superman is iconic and memorable for his catching a speeding bullet as it is fired at someone...but honestly aside from that I don't see why he needs the super reflexes if he never uses it, or has to, it seems.
