That’s funny because I thought the whole film was an odd example of matching visuals while missing the tone and the point of the story.

I remember we have differing views on Zack Snyder

The only thing the entirety of the world agrees on in regards to Zack Snyder is that the Opening Credits sequence in Watchmen is fantastic.

That's because, as I've said from the beginning, he should've been a music video director. He's great at cutting images to music (even in this teaser, despite my feelings about the song choice). It's when he has to do things like tell stories and work with actors that his work falls apart for me.
