I thought HOH was pretty solid, especially for a free event. DC showed some personality. I also think there will be more of a Superman presence Sept 12 with the show, and of course as we get closer to Black Adam. Ditto Green Lantern.

My biggest complaints were:

- A lack of Superman content.
- Limited look at DC Animation
- No big Keaton announcement.

But we still have part 2 to come.

I don’t know if Part 2 is going to have any big announcements either. It’s all pre-recorded and not “live” like yesterday. If there’s any breaking news, it’s not going to be on the 12th I think

If news is going to break it's likely coming from the trades and not from an event.

Yeah, for all the cool stuff that happened...this is some stuff that could make this all even sweeter.
Wasnt keaton 100% confirmed with the concept art? But there isnt a lot of buzz around that so mabe that runs under the radar.

Something Superman live action related, more on the dc animated front or some huge bombshell would make this an even sweeter event...but you cant force it.

Dont think part 2 is that huge anymore, but who knows...maybe we are in for a surprise.

Yeah I don’t think it will, at most I think you might learn of a few characters that are going to appear in the next seasons of the TV shows. But I’m not expecting any casting announcements or announcing of new projects.

Part 2 seems to be focused on comics, animation and tv shows, so we may get some news on the HBO Max shows and Arrowverse (maybe renewals for Doom Patrol and Harley Quinn).

I'm speculating that a lot of stuff changed last minute. I think they were going to have an "Epilogue" panel where they were going to announce some new stuff but they changed their minds. This was their first go at something this ambitious and I think they definitely scaled a lot of things back. Overall, though for what they did I thought it was quite successful. Yesterday was a very fun day.

He better be their meal ticket after they spent 30+ years pushing him into the limelight the most.

I enjoyed the majority of stuff we got yesterday, but the lack of Superman news and GL news really did disappoint me overall. The trailers for WW84, The Batman, JL Synder Cut and the BTS SS footage kind of made up for though and The Batman panel being mostly hosted by Reeves was a great way to end the day.

I just loved hearing talk about the movie and being so passionate about The Batman character.
