Smallville had many faults, but when the magic hit - it hit. Those first three seasons were super special. I’ll always remember watching the pilot live, not being a big Superman guy (only huge into Batman) and was so surprised. Even put up one of these “scarecrow” ads from inside of a comic on my wall.
