I don't really mind seeing Kyle get depowered. Someone else said in another thread that Johns wouldn't abide a Kyle who's more powerful than Hal in his DCU, which I could easily see. But Guy Gardner, Kilowog, Alan Scott, and Soranik Natu all possess roughly equal power to Hal, and they're all still at least seven or eight thousand times better than Hal at everything anyway, so I figure Kyle will just follow their lead and be better at Hal than everything, too. They could reduce Kyle to the smallest trickle of a GL's power, in fact, and he'd still be better than Hal. I take solace in that.
