This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]509057[/split]
^ Yeah, I think the only reason I've come around to this suit a bit is because... most artists just seem to ignore a lot of the changes. The cowl isn't supposed to have a nose (just go straight down the the DKR armoured helmet) but everyone ignores that. The cape is supposed to be purple on the inside, but either everyone ignores that of makes it so dark and subtle that it may as well not be there etc.
About Green Arrow...a few issues back he was saying something about the League seeing him as weak and useless. This was when he was being confronted by the police, I think right after Diggle attacked him. What's that all about? And, is that why GA hasn't been part of the JL since the dawn of the new 52?
DC is bringing 'Rebirth' to the winter holidays with DC Rebirth Holiday Special. The 96-page presitge format one-shot is scheduled to feature characters such as Wonder Woman, the Flash, John Constantine, Huntress, Harley Quinn, Detective Chimp, and more. Harley Quinn co-creator Paul Dini is writing the Harley Quinn tale, and is joined on the book by Steve Orlando, James Tynion IV, Cullen Bunn, Tim Seeley, James Asmus, Heath Corson, Gustavo Duarte, Dustin Nguyen and more to be announced.
"Dont miss a Chanukah crisis for Huntress, a Flash family Christmas, Wonder Woman crashing John Constantines hellblazing pagan party and more and in a must read story, the simian sleuth Detective Chimp spreads his own unique brand of holiday cheer!" reads the official description. "And New York Times bestselling writer Paul Dini (Dark Night: A True Batman Story) crafts a Harley Quinn holiday tale featuring DCU guests that weaves together all of these stories in the weirdest way possible.
"DC Rebirth Holiday Special is scheduled to be released December 14.
There was an issue of New 52 Justice League (I think it was issue 7) where Green Arrow kept showing up to assist the League but they turned him down because at the time he was pretty much just a swashbuckling rich boy. Then Steve Trevor offered him a position on the ARGUS' JLA. He hasn't really encountered them since Lemire and Percy brought him back to a more serious and competent character.
Thanks! So does that mean, as of Rebirth, he's on at least shaky ground with the League?
Aquaman has been an incredible title. Best by a mile. Seeing him go toe to toe with Superman telling him he's tired of being the black sheep of the JL was badass. And I can't wait to see what happens with Manta.
I'm very confused with All-Star Batman and Deathstroke's stories. I feel like there are multiple stories occurring at once while I'm reading them and I'm having a hard time following them.
