#DoomsdayClock will take place one year ahead of the DC Universe. When issue 12 ships the rest of the universe will catch up. (1 of 2)

#DoomsdayClock incorporates everything from Action Comics #1 to Crisis to Rebirth to now: Metal, Oz Effect, some surprises! No crossovers.

Yes, you'll see things in #DoomsdayClock that are in the near future - Batman, Superman, the DCU - will meet up w/issue 12 @1moreGaryFrank
We don't know that Ozymandias is Oz.
In fact, I don't think he is at all. Too on the nose not to just say outright at this point.
Here's what he said:
While Johns remained pretty tight-lipped when it came to spoilers, he said that he enjoys writing a story where the smartest character in the DCU (Lex Luthor) interacts with the smartest character in the Watchmen universe. Johns stopped short of revealing the identity of the latter character, though he seemed to be alluding to Ozymandias.
That has to be Ozymandias. I certainly can't think of who else would be considered the "smartest character in the Watchman universe."

Just because Ozymandias is in the story doesn't mean that he's Mr. Oz. It's safe to assume that several Watchmen characters will show up.
Jeff Lemire and Ivan Reis on The Terrifics:

I wonder if it's a jab at Marvel for not doing a Fantastic Four book...
I love Lemire's indie stuff, but I've only read one or two of his superhero issues. Is he any good writing superheroes?

Can confirm for GA. I know that many readers prefer him on solo books than team books. His Animal Man and Green Arrow runs were great.
This. Plus, the solicitations for one of the upcoming arcs for either Action or Superman made it sound like Oz's true identity is of significance to Clark. If it turns out to be Ozymandias, I can't imagine Clark's reaction being anything more than "Oh... hi, complete stranger from another universe."
