That sucks. I'm currently in the middle of reading Vol. 1 and, while not perfect by any means, it's been a very enjoyable read so far. De Liz's art is absolutely lovely, can't wait to see what project she tackles next.

I really hate all of this Harley stuff DC is doing in the comics. The whole WW vs Harley thing is turning me off.

On another note, can someone tell me how they like the Flash and the Green Lantern books? I read the new52 Flash but haven't gotten started on rebirth yet. Thoughts?

I didn't like Flash's Godspeed run. It was literally a rehash of Zoom (not Professor Zoom, but Wally's arch-enemy, Hunter Zolomon), they just repainted that character and his arc and called it a new story. Ya know, instead of bringing back the superior Zolomon, lets just create this new guy and trample all over Zoom's schtick.

The Flash has been sub par but I'm really liking the new arc with The Shade. This could be pretty interesting.

I was okay with the Flash art at first, but really can't stand this style anymore. It's bringing down the whole book for me.

Can I say I still hate the new Batman costume. I have tried but the rebirth suit Bruce wears is so ugly. I don't know if it's the purple cape the slight yellow tint or just everything but it is so ugly.

I've actually come to like it a lot, but it depends who's drawing it. Looks great sometimes, but not always. I'm digging the purple inside his cape.

I noticed that too. Also, DC continues to overstate Harley's place in the universe. I mean, I like her just fine, but the whole "you already know who she is" intro was a bit weird in light of the fact that they were giving intros to characters who have been around decades longer than her.

To me it would've been like introducing the actors in Heat and saying "here's Al Pacino and Robert Deniro. They've won Academy Awards and are highly respected actors, especially in the crime film genre". "And here's Val Kilmer. You know who he is." I love Kilmer but you pay more respect to the classics than that.

Yeah, they have been pushing her, Deathstroke, Damian, and some others for the last decade or so, presumably to build them up for an appearance in a live-action movie.
