The casting is very well chosen, and I could almost see them use Christopher Meloni, Victor Garber, Michael Madsen and Tricia Helfer in a live-action movie.
I however have to go with the Wonder Woman voice cast as my favorite. Come on...Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Alfred Molina, Virginia Madsen and Rosario Dawson are all simply awesome. PS, I'm also a HUGE Wonder Woman fan!!!
For the Green Lantern movie, there are still additional voice cast that have not been identified yet (but were clearly shown to have speaking parts based on the animated sketch sequences shown). They are Abin Sur, The Guardians of the Universe, Ch'p and other Green Lanterns.
They're both great, but I have to say my favorite cast thus far is the cast of JL: The New Frontier. They were just all so perfect.
Little side note:
Of course, Tricia Helfer is also known for the film "Walk All Over Me", where she played a Dominatrix:

she is one sexy gal.
In comics Hal Jordan has been labeled as the greatest Green Lantern. SOme would say that Kyle should be and there is constant debate over it. But comics wise he is the greatest. Fan favorite wise there have been ages upon ages of debate. So, I'm pretty new to the world of GREEN LANTERN and have just recently started reading the comics. For most of my 20+ year life, I have been reading Batman and Superman and wanted to get into something new. Please excuse my ignorance, but is it safe to assume that Hal Jordan is by far the most popular GREEN LANTERN there is? Even more so than Stewart or Rayner?

Agreed Great post phoenixflightHal has set a mark that I feel neither Stewart or Rayner has achieved yet. Hal Jordan is the definitive Green Lantern in my eyes. The Justice League cartoon series highlighted John Stewart, however his inclusion in the Justice League was more so to add some diversity within the founding members and not necessarily based on who was better at the role of Green Lantern. Rayner held his own as the so called 'last of the GL's' but I always left he was playing second fiddle to Hal.
