I have no current need...Only the new 2 packs, Nemesis Wave and DCUC 6..... But once those hit...We can work something out. A 1 for 1 deal. What do you say?

I'm up to date on practically everything. Except that black Cassie cain batgirl you got there :P. I need Regular Vegeta, SSJ Gohan and SSJ Trunks from the Porunga wave. As for MLs I need a couple from Rulk and a couple from Ares... Can't remember which ones.

Hey guys, I figured y'all might be able to help me with my problem.

I live in South Carolina, where The Land that Mattel Forgot. I've been back and forth to Target, Wal-Mart and Toys R Us. All any of them ever have is Wave 1 of this line.
I went down to Atlanta for the Holidays and hit up 5 Targets some Wal-Marts and some TRU's.
Of all those, ONE Target had these figures, and NONE of them had the Short-Haired Aquaman I want.

Now I am NOT a collector. I'm a comic book fan. An Aquaman fan to be precise. And I want this sweet looking figure to fight my Black Manta figure (Christmas present)
I plan on taking this guy out of the package, posing him, blah blah blah.
It's a TOY for me. SO I can't really justify spending 30 dollars on EBay to buy this figure.

Do any of y'all know where I can get him for cheaper than that?

I haven't even opened HML wave 1 dude :/ The only line I open when I buy them right now are DCUC and even those.. I have three waves and the twopacks unopened :/ I only have up to series 3 opened.. the rest are collecting dust. I'm keeping up to date with the figures but im Seriously behind on opening them.

What is the SOP for dealing with this? Should I just call Mattel and complain?

Buddy, Mattel has been pretty ****** about the quality control on everything beyond wave 1. I don't know what's going on with these things but if you go over to fwoosh.com they have A SLEW of similar cases. I'm really not sure what you can do about it.

It's quite possible, Try and find out how to contact Mattel's customer service. They may be able to help you further.

Gah, too late! I would have sold you a loose Aquaman figure, Sugarrush. Oh well.

I also have loose Firestorm (black) and Aquaman (short hair) that I bought for the BAF parts, but don't really care about either if anyone wants them. I also have a DCSH black suit superman which is pretty rad and still in its package that I'm also trying to rid myself of.
