DC Universe Classics

That's the only DCSH figure I never found. Thanks to the twopacks I got one though, THE ONLY figure I'm missing from the ENTIRE line is Clark Kent. That's because I failed to pick him up.. **sigh** I bought one on ebay from someone but it never got sent and now it's too late to file a claim because life got hectic and I couldn't keep up with it.


I actually emailed the guy and he supposedly sent me another... NEVER GOT IT!
 
Wow, that stinks. I haven't had any ebay troubles for awhile now, mainly since I only use it a couple of times a year, but once I bought a Ultimate Hulk Heroclix figure for $15 that I never got. I never was able to make a claim either, and I think the guy was kicked off of ebay a couple of days after i bought it if I remember correctly.
 
That was the only EBAY trouble I've had.. everything else was resolved via emails or refunds etc..
 
In other semi-related DCUC news, I'm eventually going to be buying 4 Captain Atoms and 2 female DCUC figures and customizing them into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. And my Etrigan figure is probably going to become Goldar. Gonna have to find good base figures for Zedd, Rita, Squatt, Baboo, Finster, and Alpha too.
 
Yes....I already order one pack for me!!! Cool! How long does they take to ship the figs???
 
A hobby shop 2 hours away from me called me and informed me he has DCUC wave 4 with the Batman Beyond variant! I'm gunna go pick it up in a few days. What a day! I got my Hot toys TDK Batman and Joker, and now I got me wave 4. :woot:
 
I saw what I guess would be wave 5 at Walmart today. Superman with mullet and dressed in black, Hawkman, Cap Marvel, Killer Moth and Mr Miracle. They had the whole set there. These things come out one right after another, huh?

Lol not where I'm from. They are so hard to find in Canada!
 
Canadian retail stores aren't carrying them (or many 6 inch lines period) cause they sell so craptastically.
 
I saw the Mister Miracle and both Superman's for the new wave. Black Costume and Regular costume. MM looks pretty darn swell!

Yea, we got a few shipments of wave 1, then after that they disappeared. The only place I can get them is in Barrie which is 2 hours away from me.

Well,
I am out in Denver today and the first thing I did after checking into my hotel was hit a local target.

They had wave 1 :(

But Wal-Mart next door had Wave 6, so I snagged a GREAT looking Hawkman.
I'm keeping an eye out for Captain Marvel, he's one of my favorites and I need him for my JSA collection I'm starting.

These are really good looking toys. I was worried after the bad hands and paints in my Black Manta and Aquaman, but this Hawkman seems flawless.
 
I've only collected a handful of DCU figures, but I think I'll be collecting more in the future. With the disolution of Marvel Legends 6inch line and store exclusives, collecting Marvel hasnt been very satisfying.

Conversely I have had any problem finding DC figures. I've seen complete waves in toysrus, Target & even local grocery stores. The only drawback is that they lack ariticulation compared to the Marvel counterparts.
 
So I purchased Mister Miracle on Saturday. Quite a nice figure. The articulation is great and he looks awesome. My only problem with it, is that his cape is not removeable, which kind of limits the way he moves. I mean, how the hell am I supposed to put him in death traps created by Granny Goodness and her Parademons if I can't take off his cape!? Oh, and the Aero-discs are a nice added touch.
 
My 12 year old brother got wave 4 from BBTS for his birthday and sent us a defective Captain Atom, i asked them to replace it adn we got the Gold Variant! He opened them up, sorry collectors, and loves them. I want all of these figures but they are so damn hard to find!
 
Hey guys, I just walked into a Target down here in South Carolina and LO AND BEHOLD, wave 6 was sitting on the pegs. Apparently the clerk had just restocked because the whole wave was there.

I picked up Shazam and Mr. Miracle, they are both pretty decent looking.

Mr. Miracle looks great and I love the sculpt.

Marvel is "meh" which I'm sorry to say because he is one of my favorite characters. His face is just a little off for me.

But both great looking toys compared to the other stuff out there.
