No, Wonder Woman will still be in the second shipment of series 7 figures. She'll be in the case packs that include Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, and Aquaman. Those just are not shipping right now.

GL is series 3. Series two is Aquaman, Black Manta, Harley Quinn, Superman red/blue, and Firestorm.

I just got GL at a comic shop for $20 (considering ebay prices a freakin steal). Now I want the rest of series 3.

A lot of ebay sellers want $20 minimum to ship to Canada. Plus the exchange rate.

Wal-Marts in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, and Massachusetts from the sighting reports I've read on Fwoosh. Since I'm on the Mass/New Hampshire border, I'm heading out right now to see if I can find any.

I'm in NC and I haven't heard anything of Wave 7 being found from other collectors in my area. All I've found is Wave 6 and the other day I found a massive amount of Wave 5 at my local Walmart. I picked those jokers up with a quickness.

I still haven't found wave 6. Wal-mart is packed to the brim with Riddlers and Amazos, so they won't restock, and Target has had empty pegs for months.

Here's a pictures of the DCUC Joker figure that was shown at Mattel's presentation at NYCC. It uses the Gentleman Ghost body and is expected to be included in one of the later waves this year:
