Taylor Swift and Dua Lipa are good performers (even though both are not great in dancing) but they aren't tried and tested movie actresses. Like I already said in the Hercules thread, Dua Lipa was stiff in Barbie and Argylle, and in a lot of her music videos, she looked like she would rather be elsewhere. Watch the Dance the Night music video and compare that to Margot Robbie's energy in the dance scene in Barbie.

Now when Dazzler is included in crucial tense/dramatic moments in a Marvel film, how would those two singers come across in those scenes? I guess Taylor Swift as Dazzler in a 1 minute cameo role wouldn't hurt. It wouldn't surprise me, if she does indeed appear in the movie, it would be a good pr. But as a long term Dazzler, its not a good idea.

Without showing any other characters outside Wolverine and Deadpool, in these promos, its probably best to just wait for the film to be released and ignore clicking the new videos. Even Cassandra isn't being shown that much.

I can see them showing the "cameos" and secret roles in ads, after the opening weekend. But its just gonna be Deadpool/Wolverine in the action that we are gonna get in these promos, until July 26.

Benedict Cumberbatch also wasn't playing Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness. JJ Abrams said so (low hanging fruit, I know).

Joking aside, it's entirely possible that it's true she isn't in it, which I don't think would sway anyone against seeing the film.
